By creating an account or using Matchwork, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to use Matchwork.

Matchwork is a professional matching platform that connects job candidates with employers through a swipe-based interface. The service is provided “as is” and may change or be discontinued at any time.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information in your profile.
• You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate another person.
• You must be at least 18 years old to register.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent profile information.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Scrape, crawl, or automate interactions with the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

The Matchwork name, logo, and platform code are owned by Matchwork. You retain ownership of content you upload (profile data, resume, timeline) and grant Matchwork a non-exclusive licence to display it to other users as part of the service.

Your use of the service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Matchwork provides the platform to connect users but does not guarantee job placements, interviews, or matches. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where Matchwork operates.
